I’ve always loved stories about amateur musicians. Being one my whole life, there are so many relatable experiences and instrumental quirks that I enjoy reading about. The author’s experiences with The Composer and her struggles to become a musician are remarkable and ring true, and I found her voice to be a perfect fit to narrate. A great coming-of-age memoir I can definitely recommend!
