Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the Prologue Bookshop Online Store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time: Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Some orders for books or items that are rare or “print on demand” may take 1-2 weeks. Some items are “backordered” and are immediately unavailable from our vendors. Those items may take longer to receive, and we recommend you contact us at info@prologuebookshop.com for more information.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing time may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These charges are meant to represent not just postage rates, but the entire shipping and handling expense for your order, including staff time.

“Media Mail” USPS Shipping: $3.99 + additional charge for each additional item

“Ground Shipping” UPS Delivery: $7.50 + additional charge for each additional items

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially around the holidays. We recommend you contact us, or mention in your order comments, if books are needed by a certain date.

Shipping internationally or to APO/FPO addresses

The Prologue Bookshop Online Store ships to addresses and P.O Boxes within the United States only.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number is typically active within 24 hours.

Damages

The Prologue Bookshop Online Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
