Prologue Bookshop is proud to host Nita Sweeney on Thursday, October 20th, to celebrate the release of her newest book, "Make Every Move A Meditation" with a reading and discussion in our space. Sweeney’s newest release is all about learning how to find freedom using the mind-body connection as you transform movement into a powerful practice of mindful movement. The event will begin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, October 20th.
